Shipping and Returns

 Shipping

We can ship to most addresses in Europe. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to postal regulations (such as solvent or enamel based paints).

Sorry we do not currently ship outside of European countries.

When you place an order you can select the delivery service at the price indicated. Please note the service 24hr and 48hr relates to the Royal mail service provided. This is the time whilst with them after shipment.
NOT the time you will receive the order after payment and completion of your order.

Please note that most paint products are made fresh when ordered. Not taken from a shelf having previously been made.

*** We usually ship orders out within 4 business days of the payment being received and cleared. Some large orders may take up to two weeks to make and dispatch (please contact us if you need clarification whether your order will fit in to this category).

Important: Taxes and duty.

Please note that we ship from England, UK. For orders sent to an address outside the UK mainland we apply the accurate required CN22, S10 and EORI documentation on the outside of the parcel for custom clearance.

If your delivery address is not in the UK the parcel you receive may now be subject to your local Taxes, Duty, VAT and other customs clearance related charges.

This will need to be paid by you to receive your parcel.

Sorry for this but it is beyond our control.

 Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the value of the products bought. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise you are responsible for paying the postage charge.

We strongly suggest that you return using a recorded delivery method of postage.

Before returning an item please contact us as we will do our best to assist and resolve any problem you have.
