Packing
We take care to package all items securely using appropriate high quality materials. They are designed to exceed the normal rigours of transit direct to your door.

Postage
Items are in perfect condition when posted, thoroughly checked at the time of packing . We charge a postage and packing (P&P) fee only to cover costs of materials and actual postage charged. Unlike some others we do not intend to make a profit from postage charged.

Guarantees
Goods are supplied as described in the product listing. If an item is confirmed as faulty within 30 days of delivery, we will offer a replacement or refund once the fault has been verified.
We must be notified of any suspected fault before goods are returned. Except where required by law, all implied warranties including fitness for purpose and merchantability are excluded.

Liability
Kilabitzzz Ltd believes the information provided on invoices and product listings to be accurate and truthful; however, such information may be subject to change without notice. We accept no responsibility for any inadvertent errors or omissions. No warranty or representation, express or implied, is given regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any product selected is suitable for their intended purpose or use prior to application.

IMPORTANT: Suitability Test
Customers should carry out a small test area at least 24 hours before full application to their project.
When applying any coating (such as varnish over paints) over products from other manufacturers, compatibility cannot be guaranteed. In general, different paint and coating systems may react in unexpected ways when combined.
Particularly with varnish some paints can reactivate or bleed when over painted. This is a well-known compatibility issue within the coatings and crafting industry and is not considered a defect in either the varnish or the underlying paint.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return period.
Items returned as unsuitable must be unused, in saleable condition, and returned at the buyer’s cost. A refund will be issued for the product value only, less original postage and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned damaged or unsaleable.
If an item is faulty or arrived with you damaged, we will offer a replacement or full refund and cover reasonable return postage costs, or may advise that a return is not required.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can help resolve the issue where possible.
